Return, Exchanges & Faulty Items

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 3 days on 02-40674735 or in person and read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a store credit.

  • We comply with NSW Office of Fair Trading regulations.

  • We are not required to provide replacement if you change your mind.

  • If you decide to cancel your online order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
     

All returns must be returned to customer service either in person or buy Post at: 

  • Return to:  The Witches Charm

  • Store Address: 458 The Esplanade, Warners Bay. NSW. 2282

  • If you wish to return an item by post you must phone us on 02-40674735 as soon as possible within the 2 business days.

Item Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition with all labels, tags and packaging. Once The Witches Charm sales team has received and assessed your returned item, we will discuss further the terms of store credit.  We reserve the right to deny your return if items are returned used, or damaged in any way other than manufacturing fault.   

Sale, Discounted, Gift Voucher Items

Sale, discounted, and discount coupon items and gift vouchers are marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. 

Exchange Items:

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges due to a fast turnover of stock. We recommend returning your original item back to us and using a store credit gift card to select a suitable alternative.

A valid receipt is required.

Returning an item for Exchange by Post:

  • You must return the products in a safe and secure manner (in the same way you received them) using a trackable shipping method, with tracking provided to us.

  • Upon receiving the item, we will process your return excluding shipping costs, 

  • Once received, we can provide a store credit for the item only (not return shipping costs).

Faulty Item:

If an item you have received is found to be faulty, please contact our sales team on 02-40674735 immediately.

  • You will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (in the same way you received them) by attending our store or by post using a trackable shipping method.

  • The return posted item must be lodged over the counter at your nearest Australia Post Outlet.

  • Upon receiving the item accompanied with a valid receipt of purchase (please obtain a copy for your records), we will process your return in the form of a store credit.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer Cash, Debit Card or Debit Card Refunds on returned items.

  • We offer In-store Credit Only on returned items deemed under the acceptable returns policy. (*excludes Sale Items, Discounted Items, Sell Out Stock.)

Non-Refundable policy

We do not refund for:

  • Items returned due to purposes such as sizing, change of mind, wrong selection, or unwanted gift, 

  • We will offer a store credit to purchase another item from our store or website. The full balance of the item purchased will be allocated to an in-store (credit) gift card for the full amount of the returned item.

 

Valid Sales Receipt

  • A return will not be granted unless a valid Sales receipt issued from The Witches Charm for the actual item can be produced.

  • This receipt with the identifiable receipt number is necessary.

  • Your receipt may be presented in the form of a printed receipt, emailed linked receipt or mobile phone linked receipt with the receipt number and The Witches Charm business details and logo.

Items Purchased as Gifts

Unfortunately we can not exchange or refund for cash an unwanted purchase such as a gifted item. A store credit or gift card will be issued in place of the item returned to use to purchase an alternative product. The product must be returned in accordance to the returns policy here
