Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

All orders are packed and shipped within 2 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS

  • All of our items are shipped using Australia Post as they are the only company that services the entirety of Australia.

  • Delivery charges for orders within Australia is a variable rate calculated at checkout.

  • As we are a small team, please allow up to 2 Business days for order processing & dispatch.

  • THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ACTUAL TRANSIT TIME.

We use Standard delivery methods as a default but express, signature on delivery and international options are available.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Couriers and Australia Post can experience delivery delays in all destinations due to limited airline capacity, government restrictions and increased demand as a result of COVID-19.

Increased volumes and workforce capacity constraints may cause delay for parcels nationally and internationally.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse,

  • a notification will be sent to the details entered when the order was placed. This information will provide the most recent activity of your order.

  • A tracking number will be provided when package has left our facility for delivery.

 

Lost In transit

We are here to help if a parcel goes missing on it's way to you whilst in transit. We don't like missing parcels at all and will do everything in our power to help find your parcel.

If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise re-delivery of your item again at an additional cost to you.

Reasons for “Return to Sender”

  • incorrect/incomplete address

  • failure to pick up from your local post office within their time frame.

If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address no refunds will be provided for any shipping costs.

The Witches Charm will not issue a refund on item/s that have been distributed and are not received and/or are lost in transit.

  • All of our shipping methods provide tracking information and therefore is the result of the couriers liability. 

  • We recommend and always use a traceable method of delivery and tracking as policy.

  • If you require special instructions such as signature on delivery please advise as this is an additional cost of service.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up. We recommend photographing the item and its condition before returning for your records.
