About the event

WHEEL OF THE YEAR PRACTICES 2023. with ASHEL (Druid)

7 afternoons will be running throughout the year to help people align with their experiences of the world at different times of the year and form the basis of neo-pagan and Druid magic practices.

All who are like-minded are welcome attend, to learn and gain understanding and journeying through amazing yearly celebrations.

The afternoon will include: -

  •  A ritual opening and closing of the circle
  • Creation of a magical space beyond the apparent world
  • Creation of a seasonal object that can be used as part of ongoing meditation and magical practice for the six weeks coving that observance. and teaching aspect that will take form of a group discussion based on either story or insight into the particular seasonal celebration. It may also reflect on some aspect of Druid practice like the Gorsedd Prayer.
  • A 15-20minute meditation
  • The opportunity for an eisteddfod or creative practice inspired by the season.

Imbolc / Early Spiring  TUESDAY 8th August

Spring Equinox / Eostar / Alban Eiler  SATURDAY 2:50pm 23rd September

Beltaine / High Spring  WEDNESDAY 8th November

Lughnassadh  TBA - February 4th 2024

Fee: $25 per person per date

Duration: 2 hours

It would be highly beneficial to attend all afternoons throughout the year to gain insight and understanding of the full Wheel of the Year but it is not compulsory to attend each time.
