To our valued customers,

In these uncertain times please know that our staff at Witch & Willow are supporting our community by implementing imperative regulations and hygiene practices within our business.

Covid 19 regulations are now in place, and imperative changes within our store will commence as of Monday 23rd March 2020 and will be revised accordingly to government health officials advise until further notice.

Customers will be required to: 

  • Wear a Face Mask while inside our store premises.

  • Check in using your NSW Services app, smartphone app or manual forms located at the entry door.

  • Use hand sanitiser before entering our store premises

  • Comply with 1.5m Social Distancing at all times.

Our policies ensure that:

  1. Our face to face personal Readings are allocated 15 minutes apart between bookings to ensure essential antibacterial cleaning procedures are carried out.

  2. All Staff have ensured that they will not attend work if showing any signs of being unwell.

  3. In-store customer numbers for shopping will be monitored and limited to 15 people and social distancing of 1.5m restrictions are in place to ensure the health and safety of our staff, customers and the community. 

  4. NSW Services QR code Check In procedures are required by smart phone or manual sign in sheet displayed at the front of the shop.

  5. A Face Mask (as per government regulations) must be worn during pandemic intervals or if feeling unwell. Please seek Covid 19 testing immediately. 

  6. Hand sanitizer is available in-store at the entry of our shop, and is require to be used, also at the sales counter and inside the reading room for your use.

  7. Floors and Furnishings will be cleaned and wiped down with antibacterial wash in regular intervals to eliminate the risk of contaminates.  

  8. If you, (our customer/client) are feeling unwell, please notify us immediately prior to your appointment so we can offer a reschedule or phone reading in place at your convenience.

  9. Respectfully, if you are experiencing symptoms of Flu or COVID-19, please do not attend your appointment or continue to shop. Please seek Medical Treatment, Testing and Self Isolate.

  10. Notice of trading Days, Hours and Services will be kept updated as changes are monitored and occur in the coming months.


It is important to us that we do what is necessary for our clients and customers to stay healthy so we can offer and maintain a small sense of normality in uncertain times. It is not easy and we understand that many still need the support of the Witch & Willow staff and have agreed to remain open as long as we are able to.


Please don’t forget about your small businesses, shop local and keep us here for you. We will accommodate your needs by selling online, over the phone and local delivering if you have been confined to your home. We are here to support one another.

  • If you are from the Greater Sydney areas and NSW hotspot areas under restriction please do not enter.

  • Temporary Business CLOSURE due to mandatory LGA lock-down restrictions  from 5th August 5pm until further notification from the NSW Health Authories.​
