How long does a reading go for?
We offer various session times, from 30mins, 45 minutes, 1 hour for readings.

Please keep in mind readings may run over time due to personal complexities of some readings. We endeavor to maintain good timekeeping but it necessary sometimes and our duty of care to ensure all of our clients receive the best support for the information being received.  

It is a good idea to make sure you allow yourself extra time prior to and after your booking.

How much is a reading?
Our consultations vary in pricing in accordance to the duration of each session which you can view on our bookings page.

Can I record my reading?
This option is at the discretion of each Reader. Please feel free to discuss this at your appointment. Alternatively, we do supply writing equipment for you to use.

What if I feel that my reading isn't making any sense?

It's easy to get caught up in the message being delivered and you feel it may not make sense sometimes. We recommend that you to let the information run its course and see how time unfolds the meaning behind the reading.

We do advise that if you are not feeling a connection is being made, we are completely appreciative of your decision and will end the consultation at no charge within the first 10 minutes of your session. Likewise, as we are passionate about delivering a quality service to you, your reader may also openly let you know that they are not feeling enough information is connecting, we stand by our ethics and will honestly allow you to decide if you would like to continue or not.

What’s the difference between a psychic and medium?
Great question! The distinction between mediums, psychics, and clairvoyants can be confusing for those that aren’t familiar.  A psychic isn't necessarily a medium, but a medium is a psychic.

Psychics tune into the energy of people or objects by feeling or sensing elements of their past, present and future. Simply put, psychics rely on their basic sense of intuition and psychic ability to gather information for the person being read.

Mediums take it a step further by using their psychic abilities to see the past, present and future events of a person by tuning into the spirit energy surrounding that person. This means mediums rely on the presence of non-physical energy outside of themselves for the information relevant to the person being read. Mediums also bridge the gap between the living and those that have passed on, mediums are sensitive and gifted enough to hear, feel, and see information coming from the other side. in other words, a medium is someone who is able to connect and communicate with souls on the other side, allowing them the opportunity to deliver messages to those that are still here.

The clair senses are types of psychic abilities that correspond with the five senses of seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling and tasting. When psychics or mediums tap into their ability they may also have the gift of clair sense, which means their mind and body become flooded with mental impressions: thoughts, feelings, images, sounds, tastes and smells, which helps them strengthen their connection and provide more accurate readings.

Clairvoyance means clear seeing: This is when visions past, present and future flash through our mind's eye, or third eye, much like a daydream. Clairaudience means clear hearing: This is when we hear words, sounds or music in our own mind's voice. On occasions, spirit may be able to create audible sound, though this takes a tremendous amount of focused energy. Clairsentience means clear feeling: This entails feeling a person's or spirit's emotions or feeling another's physical pain. Clairalience means clear smelling: This is being able to smell odors that don't have any kind of physical source. Instances of this could include smelling the perfume or the cigarette smoke of a deceased relative, used as a sign of their presence around us. Clairgustance means clear tasting: This is the ability to taste something that isn't actually there. Claircognizance means clear knowing: This is when we have knowledge of people or events that we would not normally have knowledge about.

To put it simply, Mediums are able to raise their vibration high enough to connect to the other side, Psychics have the ability to give information about the past, the present, or even the future, but not deliver messages from the other side and the “clairs” receive stronger messages overall.

 

Do your readers use Tarot Cards?
Our readers work differently to each other. Tarot Cards will be used if you are booking with our Tarot Card Readers.

Some of our Psychic Mediums use either Tarot cards or Oracle Cards to validate information that they are psychically receiving from spirit.

Some of our Psychic Mediums do not use spiritual tools at all and connect energetically with their spiritual senses and ability.

I’ve never had a reading before – I’m nervous you’ll give me negative information?
We focus on providing positive and life-affirming readings, we will only give you positive messages from the other side or things that you need to know. There is no need to be afraid, you’ll only be given messages that you need to hear and your guides on the other side have a wonderful way of knowing what to say and when and if you are ready for the information. You will leave your reading feeling clarity and comfort.

Can I bring another person into my reading?
We highly recommend only having one person in the reading, as having multiple people in the room will disrupt the energy and information coming through, you may phone The Witches Charm to check with your individual reader.

 

Can I bring my children to a Reading?

We don't recommend children be present in your reading. It is a good idea to have them cared for during the time you attend your consultation.

Can you do my reading over the Phone or Online? 
We offer Phone Readings as well as Face To Face Readings. Both of these can be booked through our online bookings.

We can organize an online reading via Facetime or Zoom on request. Please phone us to organize this option.

What are the payment + cancellation conditions?
Clients are required to provide credit card information at time of booking to secure an appointment. No payment is taken at time of booking - payment is made in store at time of appointment.

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so at least 2 days before your appointment, cancellations or no shows after this time may result in a cancellation fee of $40.00 being charged to the booking credit card.

No, Sorry. Afterpay & Zip Pay are not applicable payment options for Readings or Healings.
